No-Show/Late Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged the full appointment cost.

Appointments within a 2-hour window are not available online. If you require an immediate appointment please call the clinic at (236) 425-2025. If you are unsure which type of appointment to schedule online please call or email the clinic and we will be happy to help.
